Mis-aligned, blocked or malfunctioning electronic/safety eye system.

Re-align your safety eyes until both lights are solid.

Remove obstruction.

Safety eyes are faulty and need to be replaced.

Circuit board is faulty and needs to be replaced.

I can hear the opener motor running but the garage door is not moving.

The opener trolley is disengaged from the rail system.

Re-engage trolley system by locating the hanging red rope/handle and pull to engage the trolley with the opener.

I hear a grinding noise whenever the garage door is trying to open or close.

Motor/opener trolley or gear & sprocket assembly are failing.

Replace motor/opener trolley and/or gear & sprocket assembly.

My wall button opens my garage door, but my remote control will not work.

Faulty circuit board.

Dead battery in remote control.

Faulty button on remote control.

Replace circuit board.

Replace dead battery.

Replace remote control.

Re-program/re-learn remote control.

My entire system in general is just noisy.
